Shipping Policy

General Information
Orders are usually processed and packed within 3-7 business days, however, it may take up to 10 if there are any delays. 

After your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number through a shipping confirmation email, it may take 1-3 days for the tracking to update. 

Any orders containing albums are shipped through usps media mail, and any orders shipping only photo card holders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage

Return to sender or wrong address input
If your order is returned to us for any reason, package will be held for 30 days. Contact us during that time, and we can ship your order back for an additional shipping cost.

Double check your address before placing your order. Order being shipped to wrong address due to incorrect address input is not our responsibility.
